Entrepreneurial Trainee (3 months)

Your responsibilities:

  • You report directly to Co-Founders & CEOs and support them and the management in project management as well as in the day-to-day business
  • You have a diverse range of tasks and work on your projects in different areas of the company (marketing, sales, internationalization, HR, operations)
  • You support the development and optimization of internal processes and structures
  • You support the HR department in recruitment administration
  • You lead your projects in marketing and business development
  • You create market and competition analyses as well as management and investor reports
  • You take over the preparation of decision documents for the management by structured gathering and preparation of information

Business Development Intern

We are looking for a Business Development Intern who will be responsible for identifying and executing new business opportunities for Acquify – the all-in-one suite for deal management. You will have ownership ​from ideation through to pilot customer acquisition, taking an active role in shaping the future strategic direction of the company. You will work together with the CEO and sales experts to develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for ​target markets.

Your responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and market trends
  • Assist in identifying and generating leads through various channels
  • Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales materials

Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager for gut geregelt – the digital pension suite. Together with the founders, you will have an outsized impact, shaping the company through your experience and efforts in generating pipeline.

As Business Development Manager, you will manage sales activities for pension solutions in Switzerland, developing and executing on strategies for delivering on company goals while building long-term, valuable relationships with our key clients and strategic partners.

Your responsibilities:

  • Source potential clients and strategic partners
  • Co-develop and execute sales plans in order to achieve company goals
  • Build your own pipeline and close deals
  • Support the CEO in preparing presentations and other sales materials

Minimum requirements:
